Western Day

Today our theme was Western! We had special cowboy boot cookies for snack and then spent the morning doing some fun western themed centers outside!! Some of the centers we had were: rope the bull, pan for gold, horse race, photo prop, hay bail jump, bean bag toss and ride the horse! The kids had lots of fun playing with them this morning! Sports Day

Today was our first day of our Week of the Young Child celebration! Today we had our sport's day! We spent almost all morning outside playing different games. We had t-ball, soccer, basketball, golf, football and some gymnastics with hula hoops. It was a little chilly when we first got outside but it gradually got warmer the longer we were out there. Here are some pictures from today! Check out the other classroom blogs for more pictures from today and for the rest of the week!
