2nd day fun!

We had a great second day!! We met a couple more new friends and started to really get into the hang of our routine! It will take a couple more days before we are masters of the routine but it was a great start!! Today we had a cool name page for our morning work and they were super cute! We then did a great job with bubble centers and calendar time! Going outside is definitely a hit (even if it is a little chilly with the wind). The kids love being able to run around and to play with some kids from the other rooms! We had a yummy snack of bananas and graham crackers and then most of our friends worked on puzzles while I quickly cleaned off our tables and floor.  The kids did a great job at our big circle time and did a great job of remembering good choices vs. sad choices and the rules that we came up with yesterday! We then read the book The Crayon Box That Talked and talked about how everyone has to work together to make sure that our classroom is great! We made handprint crayon boxes for art and got to play at playdough in our science bucket! I can't wait to see what tomorrow has instore for us!! Have a great night!
